Sister Phyllis E. Aubrey, B.Th.
Executive Administrator

Sister Phyllis (square) (Jul2024).png

Sister Phyllis Aubrey is a native of Sarasota, Florida who relocated to Maryland over 25 years ago to continue her military career and in search of what the Lord had for her.  She joined Huber Memorial Church under the leadership of Pastor P.M. Smith.

Sister Aubrey was guided and taught the principals of the Holy Trinity: God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit by her grandmother at an early age. However, she did not turn her life over to Christ until 1994 under the teaching of Pastor Joseph E. Fair, The Gods Church Incorporated in Lake Helen, Florida. Under his teaching is when she learned that if she confessed with her mouth the Lord Jesus, and believed in her heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, she would receive salvation of the Lord as the Scripture says…For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10: 9-10).

Sister Aubrey moved her church membership to a newly birthed ministry in 2013, Remnant of God Deliverance Ministry, Inc. under the leadership and spiritual guidance of the founder, Pastor Dr. Karen L. Thompson. She quickly became one of the pillars of this ministry being used by God in several capacities, i.e., Church Executive Administrator; Chief Financial Officer; Member of the Board of Trustee, Vacation Bible School Facilitator, Children Sunday School Teacher, and Financial Peace Facilitator.  Sister Aubrey embodies the gift of administration and at the recommendation of Dr. Thompson is often called upon by other churches and ministries seeking assistance with their church administrative structure.

Sister Aubrey has a passion for serving.  She served as a member of the Registration Team of the Apostolic Faith Churches of God, Inc., Heritage Conference and continue to serve as part of the Registration Team during the Holy Convocation of the Gates of Heaven Assembly of Churches, Inc. under the leadership of the Presiding Prelate, Bishop Maureen L. Davis.  In addition to her gift of administration, Sister Aubrey is a gifted teacher who serves not only Remnant in this capacity (Good Friday facilitator; Bible Study facilitator) but who also serves as a facilitator for the GOHAOC Aspirant Training Program where she is instrumental in helping to prepare other servants serve in ministry.

Sister Aubrey has a desire and yearning for learning God’s Holy Word. She is a graduate of North Carolina College of Theology where she earned a B.S. in Biblical Studies. Additionally, she holds four secular degrees, (BA, Aviation Business Administration; AA, Education and Training; AA, Business Administration; AA, Airway Science).

Sister Phyllis Aubrey has come into the life of the Remnant of God Deliverance Ministry, Inc. to serve for such a time as this.
